On a Feminist Note

If you say that a woman wearing revealing clothes deserves to be sexually assaulted, you are saying that a woman’s body is inherently deserving of rape. That women are inherently deserving of rape. That women have to make sure their body is hidden in order not to deserve to be raped. That is misogyny in its purest form.
I'm not a fan of plunging necklines either, but just to bring justice to women's rights...

What are the odds that a shirtless man will get raped? They can walk around in boxers we wouldn't care one bit, while women are not supposed to wear clothing exposing more skin than what is socially acceptable. How a woman chooses to dress herself is a matter of discretion. I choose to look ladylike, some do not. Sure, they can't avoid the lingering looks for they brought it upon themselves with their choice of wardrobe, but they certainly do not deserve to be raped.

There's this feminist placard I saw once, "Don't tell me what to wear, tell them not to rape."
